Devuan based & systemd free distro


antiX-15-beta3 uses devuan base. It is systemd-free.

ah hope it won't disperse the hard work.
I found AntiX 13 to be an excellent surprise. eg. the GUI, Control Center... Also Base version works with as low as 64MB RAM and Full with 128MB ( here my quick test results in French )
