Debian - 7 cd's needed?

Just a quick question: Do I need all 7 cd's of the 3.0 release or can it be installed with a minimum number packages (openoffice, X, kde ...). Or are all 7 cd's needed to complete a succesfull install.

Sometimes it helps to read the FAQ. You only need Disk 1 for an installation. I guess with the first two you are safe to have most of the packages you need.
