got to say i am very excited about suse 9.1, like a kid with a new toy. lots to like about it. works like a charm on my gig ga-7n400pro nforce 2 board with ti-4400 leadtek card. the nvidia driver was so easy to set up-

go to yast- online update-do a manual selection of online update-select nvidia patch- and do the install. thats it- how much easier could that be.

having 5 previous versions of suse linux prof- 7.2-7.3-8.0-8.1-8.2- i can say with honesty that suse 9.1 shows a significant change in the overall design, licensing and presentation of the large amount of nice software . it is also the very first time the retail distro includes dual architecture support:this was a big surprise to me when i went to compusa and looked at the box. you get both x86 and amd64 machine. that is definetly nice since my next rig will be amd 64

novell give suse muscle-
