Create a bootable DVD made of several CD ISOs

I have several bootable CD ISOs and I want to put them all on a bootable DVD or Flashdrive image so that each one is selectable via menu of some sort. How?

(Gparted LiveCD [partitioning software], XOSL [an extended bootloader], DamnSmallLinux, etc)
