best distro for a home NAS/media player
Hi,
I have a Zotac Zbox Nano that I'd like to use as a NAS and media player on my home network.
It must serve files to all my pcs, run the Clementine and/or VLC media Players and a Dropbox sync client, maybe also an instance of Owncloud.
As a media player, I have my stereo directly attached to its audio out, and it'll be remote controlled through my phone by an Android app.
I need it to run Dropbox so all (e.g. music) files I save on any of my pcs will be instantly available to that media player.
streaming video etc. is not required.
Which *Ubuntu-based* Linux distro would you recommend for this?
The chief criterion is the greatest possible amount of ease and user-friendliness of setup, and the smallest possible requirement of fiddling and tweaking.
Thanks for all suggestions!

also, it can't be used as a NAS. the media player must be able to run alongside the server and Dropbox app.
Man, have I suffered trying to set up XBMC on a RaspberryPi... never again!
