See this command it should help
man loadkeys
Also the keyboeard layouts are available in /lib/kdb/keytables/ .
Also check the file /etc/sysconfig/i18n for loacle setup.

Thanks but... any of your two files exists on Austrumi (/lib/kdb/keytables and .../i18n)
