apt-rpm, SuSE 9.1, and signatures

So I'm trying to update this SuSE 9.1 box using apt-rpm, and it is saying that the packages are all signed with an untrusted signature.

Is there a repository of signatures somewhere, or a way to bypass this? I trust the packages, so I'd rather not have to deal with this by hunting down the proper PGP key for the next 78.5 hours...

Edit '/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/gpg-checker.conf' and change the line form true to false. One of the deep, dark secrets of SuSE that no one wants to tell you. I found out about this by accident while googling for something else.

Well I suppose that's easy enough. You would think that would be in the man page somewhere...

Wow.

I'm really glad I noticed this thread. apt-get has been useless on SuSE so far thanks to irregular signatures. Like I care -- just install the damned software

Thanks,
Tim
