Anyone done a dabs value adsl modem in RH7.3?


If anyone knows the secret in installing a Dabs value accessRunner adsl modem (AMX-CA83P) in RH 7.3, please let me know!

Tried in SUSe 8.0 but failed miserably!

Have you 'insmoded' the driver and does it show up as eth0 etc ?
You need to do that first and try the pppoe software to connect.
You can get the linux driver at gvc.ca for upto kernel 2.4.16.
Not for RH7.3 though.
