An odd request...
Been feeling nostalgic lately. Does anyone have an old Libranet 3.0 cd they can create an .iso of? I want to run my old favorite OS in a VM just to remember the times...

There is supposed to be a successor in the offing:

Yeah, I've read that. But I remember how amazing the installer was for the day, and I want to see it again mostly to see how far we've come in over 10 years of development, or if the installer really was that far ahead of it's time that I remember...

:( Was hoping someone would have this still lying around. Bummer.

I know this is some years later, but if you are still looking for a copy of Libranet 3.0 I do have the ISOs as well as the 2.8.1 Flagship set ISOs.
LibraNext (successor to Libranet) is not in development anymore. There simply was not enough people interested in it for me to be able to devote the time required to do it right, as I have several new (and similar) projects now. Any questions, feel free to message me! |
I would still love to get an ISO of the 3.0!! 2.8.1 as well, just to throw some stuff in a VBOX to see my nostalgic os's that truly cemented my love of Linux (before that it was just a semi-fascination but never had truly devoted much time to running it).
