Hello there,
I recently installed SuSE 9.1 on my maching using VMWare Workstation 4. The tool that enables us to use windows and any other OS on the same screen at the same time.
The Problems:
1. VMware Creates Virtual Machines. Due to which, it creates a virtual HDD.
In my case it's "sda", the usual is "hda". now by default in My Computer from the Desktop, I am not able to mount the Windows partitions.
2. Not able to mount the CDRom too. However, it shows a CDROM Icon in my computer's Device tab.
Anyone out there knows what changes to make to fstab (or we have an alternative.). I don't want to install on HDD, by the old-school method of partitioning the HDD literally!!!
