Is there a Linux HDD Installable or Live CD Distro which is 64-Bit Ready
So that i can use the power of 64-bit AMD to the fullest.

Can you let me know if they are available
If yes can you name them and where can i get it.

Kanotix cannot! It's optimized for pentium class hardware. Unless there is a 64-bit version of Kanotix floating around somewhere, I think RobNyc misunderstood your question.

Take a look at Knoppix64. It didn't work for me, though.

It straight up owns! I love Kanotix anyway and this 64 bit treat really rocks. Kano is the man!

can you tell i am a fan? try it out, it's a live cd with hd install option AND it is for AMD 64. after trying suse and fedora 64 installs I can't go use anything but Kanotix.
