i don't understand why you ask here, when the information is readily available on their website.
look at the top bar, it says "wiki" - click that, then scroll down to installation.
(unfortunately the wiki seems to have holes; so if that doesn't help they also have a community forum, which still might be a better place to search for answers to such questions)

Isn't this=parrotsec 'similar' to Kali? http://linuxquestions.org/questions/...ead-4175614092
Did you, OP, not see 'apt' in the list from post#2?

^ so you have already explored ALL avenues that do NOT require registering?
like, reading the wiki, searching the forums for existing threads/stickies etc.?

fwiw, the error at the end of the registration looks like the problem is on your email provider's side. i think.

Yes i have already explored all other ways of finding out this question that doesn't require registration. The only way i see that i can answer my question is by registering on the parrot os forums, but the registration thing doesn't work :L .No the error is not because of the email provider that i used as i also used my google email and that did not work also,so test it out and see that the registration thing really doesn't work. How do i contact the parrot os admins and devs?

Try this .vdi (in VirtualBox): http://osboxes.org/parrot-security-os

In my Slimjet web-browser, all I get from http://lists.parrotsec.org/listinfo is: NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID
Also, youtube.com doesn't work for me, so I can't see what you posted.

Try: (M$Win) Alt+PrtSc, click on error window, run Paint, ctrl+v, Save as .png
then Edit #6, click 'Go Advanced', use PaperClip icon to upload .png(s)

p.s. I tried Seamonkey (brower) and it worked for me:
Thank you for registering. Your password has been sent to the specified address. If it doesn't arrive you can contact the forum administrator at parrot-bugs@lists.parrotsec.org.
BUT when I tried to Login, I got:
Creating directory /www/doc/data/tmp/captcha/2017-11-30 failed
so maybe they have a bug/problem. I emailed the above address.
