xubuntu lost its layout


I have installed today xubuntu just for try and it was quite all ok.
But all of th sudden after reboot xubuntu completyly changed its outlook/layout.
See screenshots. It looks so ugly now!

How can I restore default outlook/layout of xubuntu/xfce

How do I restore default view/layout/outlook/theme in xubuntu ?
Why it has changed settings by itself ???
