What is in your $HOME/.xinitrc file?
If it is an empty file, then delete it.

I check configuration of DomU and found that there is no one Video and Graphical devices.
I cant add any Video device, but then i add Graphical device (VNC access to console), and now startx run OK and displaying GUI ... on local console of DomU instead of my session.

So I suppose that something wrong with $DISPLAY settings. What can i do with this parameter?
