Unhappy Wine 1.2 isn't working

I have Wine 1.2 and I have been trying to use it, I know how to use it but when I go to open the .exe it doesn't do anything... The mouse may spin for a while but it will not do anything at all, I need to get iTunes and I would like to get Windows Live Movie Maker on Ubuntu 10.10. Please help!

-Thanks

Have you checked the permissions on the .exe? Make sure it's set to executable.
