why can't remove the test dicectory into trash?

The directory test is belong to nobody and nogroup.
Why can't be deleted into my trash?

Because it belongs to nobody and no group.

It has owner-only write permission, but you say that it belongs to nobody, so presumably it does not belong to your user - so your user cannot delete it.

You must make it owned by your user, or delete it as root, or make it writable by others.
