What RPM Do I Need To Install To Get The Add/Remove Programs Option - Fedora Core 6

The option should be the bottommost option in the Applications Window.. or at least for me because I am using Gnome. It was there before but when I had a problem with YUM It uninstalled that..as it uses YUM. I got yum back now, but The menu isn't. My YUM isn't working properly because of port forwarding issues. I have the original Fedora Core 6 Installation CD's.
