In suse 10.0 and only on one of my boxes, whenenver I load the nvidia driver, while web surfing, the box will lock up. In konqueror I get the warning 'A script onthis page is causing khtml to freeze. If it continues to run, other applications may become less responsive. abort continue
If I run it with the stock nv driver, all is fine. Firefox and seamonkey are the worst for lockups and will happen without warning. The video card is a tnt2 agp2x and I am using the legacy nvidia driver of the 71x series. I am also using the gnome desktop. If a script is the problem, how do I block it while using firefox?

Well, you could try to use the noscript plugin for firefox found here. Although, this is a very odd bug...
