Unhappy Web Design in Linux

I Love Linux . . . but

I am stuck using Windows with Dreamweaver 8 because I can't find anything that is equivalent in Linux. I use SuSe 10.1 for everything except Web Page design. Is there an equivalent in Linux?

After seeing all the expertise in Linux, I cannot accept that all the Flash site design is done only in Windows.

Will Dreamweaver work through an emulation like WINE? (or Net Object Fusion or ...)

What, in Linux, will do Cold Fusion web design or CSS.

I went to Linux wiki and there is no catagory there for web page design - perhaps this is a good start -

What do you use for web design?

Where did it come from (a site, magazine, included in distro or ?)

What are the limitations (WYSIWYG, HTML, CSS, Flash, CF etc)?

I'm in the same boat as you at the moment. I've been told that NVU and Quanta are both good but have yet to experiment myself yet. I've downloaded NVU for free and will give it a test soon. I'll watch this space to see what other replies you get. If you give either a try let me know what you think.
