This thread shows how different the views of two persons can be.
I wouldn't ever think that opera integrates well even to a minimum degree with kde. To start with, only the menus use qt, the rest of stuff is done from scratch. And even the menus doesn't feel right like the rest of qt applications, the layout is not quite the same and the icons break it even more.
Being that said, it's an excellent browser, but if we speak about integration with kde, I'd give it an almost-zero.
On the topic, there are not much qt browsers to choose from. Though with qt4 you can see the first views of what Arora will be. You can also look at webkit browsers. It's been long since I check it, but there might be some webkit browsers that use qt as their toolkit, I don't really know.
