Want a Remote Desktop Server for my wife's *XP HOME* box, of the OSS Flavor
 

I would like to be able to remote into my wife's WinXP Home machine's desktop from my Ubuntu box. From the research that I have conducted thus far, this is not possible. I could be wrong. I've seen a lot of the options (FreeNX, FreeVNC, etc) but none have been cross-compatible AND be able to provide some measure of security. What say you?

Activate Remote Desktop on the XP box and connect with rdesktop from linux.
