Ubuntu software center

There are bugs in Linux 17.04. This one is the software center. I installed more then once 17.04 & have updated. When I restart computer it loses the Ubuntu software center. I added a 2nd icon as well as put one on the desktop. Restarted & lost it again. Thanks
