Ubuntu dpkg-architecture not found...

Hello,
I have some programs that needs to use the tool dpkg-architecture to properly install, but for some strange reasons I can't find it in any repository of Ubuntu/dapper...
I've enabled every repository but when i type apt-get install dpkg-architecture I still get no answers...
Unfortunately, even google couldn't help me anymore.

Can someone help me?

Thank you!

it was so simple???? I thought I searched everywhere, but i couldn't find it! Also in the page of dpkg-dev isn't written that contains dpkg-architecture... but it works -.-

I still have a lot to learn...

Thank you, however!!

To search the contents of packages, you have to use the apt-file command. man apt-file All I did was apt-file search dpkg-architecture and it returned dpkg-dev.
