Ideas about what? The error log is VERY clear...it's telling you that the log file does not exist. So...CREATE IT. Try "touch /home/useriot/.tsung/log/20161201-1247/tsung.log"

And read the "Question Guidelines"...you need to provide actual details when asking questions.
