Top window border size in GNOME

I am wondering where I can change the size of the top border (the area where the title of the window is).

I'd like to make it a little smaller, and use smaller fonts. As it is, I've adjusted all the font settings I can find but can't find this exact task.

If I'm not being clear I will provide a screenshot to better illustrate what I'm trying to do.

Have a look for a new metacity theme (I assume it's metacity if you haven't changed the gnome default).

Making the font smaller does shrink the title bar.

System > Preferences > Fonts > Details

allows you to change the dpi of the display, but affects everything.
