SoundMAX AD1888


Dear friends,

Could anyone pls tell me, how to download and install the linux sound driver for soundmax AD1888.

I am using Asus K8V-MX motherboard and AMD sempron processor.I installed Redhat enterprise Linux AS (2.4.21-32.EL.)Also send me the installation procedure for the same.

Hi,
I have exactly the same motherboard and currently I do not think alsa has support for the AD1888 chipset.

quite some time ago and am yet to receive help.
The only suggestion I can make is purchase a video card that you know is supported.
