What sound card do you have? Do you have any other applications running which are sound related? For example, in one of my machines, if I have rhythmbox running (not even playing, just paused) other applications won't be able to play sound (games or otherwise). That only happens with my crappy integrated card. On the other machine I have, with a soundblaster, that is not a problem.

Regards!

I have Dell INSPIRON 6400 (I didn't found the spec).
I don't open any other application that use the sound card.

There isn't libflashplugin package:
Code:
# yum install libflashplugin
Loaded plugins: refresh-packagekit
Setting up Install Process
Parsing package install arguments
No package libflashplugin available.
Nothing to do
I reinstall flash-plugin and now I have sound.
thanks.
