Smooth Scrolling in Konqueror/KDE Apps

Hi guys. Would anyone know how I can enable smooth scrolling in Konqueror? In Firefox, one of the options is smooth scrolling which makes scrolling on web pages look "nicer" however I cannot find this option in the KDE Control Center Appearance or Konqueror options sections.

I am running Kubuntu 6.06

Thanks,
BigFoot
