shutdown is not done completely .
Recently i am switch from windows to ubuntu desktop . This O.s is doing well in my gaming laptop ASUS TUF F-15 , but now i would like to shutdown the laptop so,it does not happen. please help me .

Be more specific, otherwise no one can help you. What exactly happens when you try to shutdown?

Press Alt + Ctrl + T to open a terminal.
In the terminal, type
shutdown -h now
Press enter.
