Set the Screen saver for all usres

Hi all

I am looking for a way to see the screen saver/password for screensaver as enabled and the type of screen saver for all users so ideally this would be a system configuration not a per user config (fingers crossed )

We are using gnome as our window manager....

Any ideas

Thanks
A
