Question Set Primary Monitor on Kali(debian)

Hi every body,

I have installed Kali ver2 on my desktop.
My desktop video card have 2 ports CRT+LVDS.
I set my primary port to CRT in BIOS But when I boot to KALI it boot to right screen of KALI! and I can not access to any menu options!

Finally I must press [Alt]+[Ctrl]+[F2] to switch to command prompt terminal but it's not any monitors.xml file on ~/.config/!

How can I resolve my issue to select my primary screen to main CRT port?
Please hint me.
Sincerely.

this is after all Kali

a ONE purpose distro

if you are running Kali on hardware that is STILL using a CRT vacuumtube

it is likely that the almost antique graphics card is no longer supported

please post the hardware specs

Dear John W,
My mainboard graphic chipset is INTEL with one general VGA port and one LVDS port(for some Industrial Display).
I connected my LCD Monitor (Not CRT vacuumtube) to its VGA port.
I could install more distros such as Slackware or OpenBSD or DragonflyBSD without any errors but for KALI I have this Issue!
Thanks.

what menu, and what does it have to do with your monitors?

why? if at least 1 monitor is working?

i'm sorry but i don't understand this at all.

please post the output of
Code:
lspci -k | grep -iEA5 'vga|3d'
xrandr

and please explain in better words
  • what your problem is
  • what you are trying to achieve
