search quick download tools


hello ,i am a new man for linux ,i want to find a good and quick download tool which supports multi-threading ,is there any nice man who can give me some suggestion?

but sometimes i overload your pc too, personally I prefer wget

thank you very much ,now i have been using the wget already ,but it works in text model,and i am not familiar with it,so most of the time i use kget.
do you have a yahoomessenger id?i am a chinese and i am a new man for this os ,i want to improve myselfe about it but it is difficult to settle the problems ,however, it is convenient to ask veteran to get them done on the instant communication tools such as ymessenger ,so if you don't mind ,i hope i can add you into my circle.

I am new as well. I have minimum experience programming but I have
tried close to 400 different Linux operating systems. May I suggest
PC Linux whose invaluable textstar repositrory may be of somme assistance to you.

ok .thank you very much.
there is another problem arose,i have deleted the default panel in the lower desktop carefullessly,and then i create a new one myself ,but i don't like the new ,who can tell me how to recovery the default one?
