rhel5 desktop problem

Hi

I have installed RHEL 5.

The problem is that, when I have login as normal user or root user from login screen. It is not able to display my configured theme on normal user and default theme for root user..

When I saw .xsession-errors for details it gives error like

localuser:user1 being added to access control list
No profile for user 'user1' found

How can I come out...

After login as "user1" it will just display "xterm" and "xclock" on my login desktop.

Thanks in advance
