Restrict certain xsessions by user, Ubuntu 22.04

I am wanting to create a custom (limited) xsession which user "B" will be allowed to log into, but user "B" will not be allowed to enter the "normal" xsession. User "A" will have the ability to enter either session. Is this possible with Ubuntu 22.04's default display manager or will i need to use a different display manager to achieve this functionality?

Every user has its own session, so anybody can use session A if knows the password and anybody can use session B the same way.
So I don't really understand what is that normal session what is allowed for which user/person.
