Question Remote linux suse from windowsXP?

Dear friends.
I'm a beginner on linux. I want to Remote to linux SUSE from windows XP.
What I must to do and setting? Can everybody help me?

Lots of ways.

"telnet SUSE_HOSTNAME" might work.

"ssh SUSE_HOSTNAME" might also work.

You can also try VNC:

SSH using putty or similar is about as simple and easy as you can get connecting to a Linux CLI. You can also tunnel vnc through it if at some point you need a gui.

Just setup x11vnc (i believe its called).

You should be able to traslate most of the commands over to Suse with no issues. This gives you the flexibility of using a vnc client to connect or using a java enable web browsed which works surprisingly well.
