remote desktop acces problems

I'm using Fedora 11 with gnome. I'm trying to use a windows XP machine with remote desktop (vinagre 2.26.2). I opened the 3388-3390 and 5900 ports for udp and ftp in the firewall.
When i chose connect and enter the IPort of the desired machine the vinagre soft shows a black screen and nothing else happens. I proved the acces with an windows vista (PUAJ!!!!) and it works fine.
What I'm missing?

I use tsclient which is a front end for rdesktop and it allows you to set the rdesktop options via gui. yum install tsclient to install
