problem with my desktop

Hi everyone,
I get trouble with my desktop and I need your help.
Maybe My computer consist a virus which I can delete
When I set up my desktop, It just can appear for a few minutes
after that is ...all black
Hic
How can I solve this problem ?

What are you're computer spec ?
What error messages do you get ?
A virus in linux unlikely .

Which Operating System using Right Now.There are Some also Some Problem Regarding the RAM.May be Your RAM Connection is loss.Just Do one Thing Remove the RAM and Clean the Slot of the RAM.after Cleaning the Slot of the RAM Clean the Nob of the RAM.Now Insert it in the Proper manner.Just Remove the Temporary File Form the Your temp Folder.
