Problem using multiple X sessions

Hello.

I was trying to run several X sessions on my Fedora 12 with one being gnome and the other being xfce. Starting another session with startx --:2 works fine but when I switch back to my first session and back to session 2 again, there is no more desktop just a console displaying errors. I have no idea right now where to find a log, but I can't figure a solution right now, I think it refers to some problem with the network manager applet being already in use.

Any suggestions?

Are you using Alt-F7 to get back to the first X session. If not, try that.

Ctrl-Alt-F7 and Ctrl-Alt-F1 did the job.
Thanks
