"sudo yum install httpd"

that was easy. Note there are a LOT of existing documents about there to help you configure it to suit your needs. You really need to read these to find details on the specific way to make your service run as you want it to.

Thanks for your reply.
I have tried
#sudo yum install httpd and came across this issue.
This system is not registered with RHN.
RHN support will be disabled.

why this mgs is coming even though REDHAT is open souce.
Please suggest some way to get out of this.

Red Hat products aren't free, if you want/need to use their products you need to register (pay for) to get access to their repositories.

Alternatives for RedHat are: CentOS, Scientific Linux or Fedora. These are free and the first 2 are identical to current RedHat.

I'd suggest you follow this guide to convert your system to CentOS:

http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/MigrationGuide

As withour RHN you really have no business running RHEL in the first place, it doesn't make sense.
