PekWM Development

Hello,

I've been using OpenBox for a while, but I discovered that Fluxbox is better suited because it has window grouping, but I'm not a fan of how its configs are organized, and a few other quirks that annoy me. I'm also exploring PekWM and it seems like a perfect fit (virtually same feature-list as Fluxbox but without the little quirks that I didn't like with Fluxbox). It has a few minor bugs (for example scrolling in GTK3: https://www.pekwm.org/projects/pekwm/tasks/350 ), and I'm also experiencing some crashes that I suspect might be from PekWM (no proof yet).

I'm just wondering if PekWM is still in development? Their website says the last release was May 2013, and there seems to be very little activity in the past months. If the project is somehow being abandoned, I'll be forced to make it work with FluxBox, but I much prefer to stick with PekWM if I can

Even their certificate is expired about three weeks ago. But, even if it's dormant, what keeps you from continuing using it? And, in fact, you can fork it, too (would be c00l by the way ). Their mailing list seems to be asleep either.
