Partitions not visible in Nautilus - Funtoo install

I recently have built a new partition with Funtoo, and none of my partitions are visible in Nautilus. With Gentoo I would remove the file 99-storage-policy-fixed-drives.fdi. And all partitions would be visible in Nautilus to mount when needed. Then I would create a custom policy to hide partitions that I didnt want visible. This is different with Funtoo ~64 and newer versions of Hal, udev etc... I have tried this with my new Funtoo install and the partitions are still not visible.

I can edit my fstab file no problem... But, I was hoping that Hal and Nautilus would work properly, so I can see the volumes in the side pane and mount when needed.

I have searched high and low for a solution to this. I have emerge Hal with the automount USE flag. If there is any other info needed to help me with this annoyance, let me know.

Versions:

Hal 0.5.13-r2
udev 135-r8
