openoffice writer not opens for particular user

Hi i m binish
I m with the following problem.
Openoffice writer is not working for a particular user.
Openoffice 1.0 is with rhel3, when clicked it just blinks once.
Root and other users can access the same.
Users home directory is at /home and used 75% space.
i m using p4 with 256mb ram.The user wants to login with the same
username.So please help me..

Let the user run "soffice" or "ooffice" from the command line (konsole or gnome-terminal) and post back any messages printed in the console.
