Cool on-point-to translator (Dictionary )

Do you know the on-point-to translator Easy Lingo ?? It's a Windows program, I want to find a similar one but works under Linux!

this easy lingo translate the word by bringing the mouse on it , also it say it .

Did anyone hear about something similar but in linux ?
