Odd blue lines across screen - Display driver?

I have a fedora 19 system which is dual head. I have two dell 24 inch minitors, same model.

The main screen gets these odd blue lines across light colored areas (see screenshot). I don't even know where to begin looking in the logs.

Anyone have any ideas?
