Moving one partition to another partition on the same hard drive

My hard drive has four partitions. Windows 7, Ubuntu 10.10 (x2) and data.
The data partition has 22 GB of data and I want to move it to the Windows 7 partition.
I was considering doing this with gparted.
1. Can this be done with gparted "copy & paste"?
2. If answer to question #1 is yes, how will this affect the Windows 7 partition.
Attachment shows my partitions.
If there is the a better way to move this data partition, please point me down that road.
All answers appreciated.

I don't understand what you're trying to do. Why not just copy the data from within Windows and then delete the data partition when done?

If you have both windows partitions mounted, you should be able to copy them. Don't know what you plan to do with the data partition after it is empty. If you delete that partition (data), you won't be able to boot Linux as the partition number will be changed.
