Minimal Slackware XFCE Desktop Build

Hi Everyone,

I am not trying to reinvent the wheel, but I am trying to get help for building a minimal Slackware (13.37 as of now) XFCE Desktop build. My goal is to build a lean desktop just like the (fantastic) Salix OS XFCE build.

Can anyone please suggest what are the minimum required packages I need to choose from the Slackware DVD? I tried noting the names of each package from Salix OS XFCE ISO, but it's too cumbersome and it has some packages which are different from Slackware.

Regards,
Satish.

There have been quite a few threads in the Slackware forum here about minimal installs, try using the Search.
