You could boot from a live cd and see if /etc/passwd is there, and look for problems.

Kind regards

Hi,

This issue resolved , I start the system with enter the below command in Grub:
init=/bin/bash
then system boot as root and I could reset all of the passwords
However I really confuse :
1.I can not understand why this issue happened!!!!!!!
2.I don't have access to any portal or anywhere that need password from my system (gmail or even this forum)!!!! but I can login to these portal from any other system!

Do you have a any idea?????
