Linux + win
If i take a windows made by users on torrents and activate buying a key, can u say that installing a linux in wsl would be an original install?

No clue as to what you're talking about, or why it would matter in any event. Linux is free, and if you can install it and use it, it's 'original'. Windows is Windows, but no idea about "windows made by users on torrents", or can I make sense out of anything you've asked.

Find a good $50-150 deal on an old PC.
And run Linux. 8GB! ($50! Win7)
Or 16GB for M$Win10 ($150) IF required, &use virtualbox for Linux
( http://OSboxes.org/virtualbox pre-installed)
only if you must run something that requires M$Win

A torrent image of Windows would he illegal and a license/IP violation. No one here can help you break the law.
Since Torrent windows images are notorious for malware injection, it would also be extremely stupid on your part.

It would not! You still need a Windows license to use WSL as WSL is part of Windows.
