Smile linux/fedora ssh permissions through vpn ssh session

So basically, the company that I work for have their own local git repository which requires each of our machine's public ssh key in order for us to use the git repository.

The company also has VPN access set up so that I can ssh into my machine from home.

Now, because I have access to the company network through vpn, can I use the git repository located in the company office, and if so, how do I set up the ssh keys so that my home computer will also work on the company git repository, without having to add more keys to the git repository?
