LIbreOffice 'Form Control Wizard not available'.

I'm following the LO doc on how to make a form, and I can't add the 'form control wizard button.
What are the requirements for this to be available?
Thanks in advance.

Got it to work.

LibreOffice (Productivity Suite) was not installed.
All the other libreOffice packages were.
Just did this on a whim and hoped for the best.
